Manoah's 5.46 ERA and 1.77 WHIP through 12 games started continue to be a concern for the Blue Jays, who fell to the Brewers 4-2 on Wednesday. Despite recording two strikeouts, Manoah's inconsistent performances have left much to be desired for fantasy managers.
