Fantasy Impact:
A 2016 first-round pick, Whitley has yet to debut in the big leagues at age 25. The right-hander has been brutalized by injuries in his minor-league career and owns a less-than-inspiring 5.70 ERA across eight appearances (six starts) at Triple-A this season.
