The Pittsburgh Pirates are promoting No. 1 overall draft pick Henry Davis to Triple-A. (MLB Pipeline on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
In 41 games at Double-A this season, the 23-year-old hit .284 with 10 home runs, seven stolen bases, and a .980 OPS across 187 trips to the plate. That production led to a 166 wRC+ that ranks 66% of the Double-A average. Pirates catchers have combined to rank 27th with a .264 wOBA on the season, so Davis could be in line for his MLB debut if he can keep up the good work at the Triple-A level.
