Matt Andriese inks minors pact with Marlins

The Miami Marlins have signed free-agent pitcher Matt Andriese to a minor-league deal. (Fish on Fish First on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The deal perhaps reunites Andriese with Marlins general manager Peter Bendix, who was with the Rays when Andriese last appeared in the big leagues in 2021. The righty posted a 5.21 ERA that season and owns a 4.63 ERA across 217 MLB outings (50 starts). He has since pitched in Japan and with Triple-A Oklahoma City where he struggled to a 6.05 ERA in 21 appearances last season.
