Yu Chang signs minor league deal with the Rays

Fantasy Impact:
According to Topkin, there had been interest in bringing Chang back after he had a productive 2022 season with the Rays. Chang said he was looking for a major league deal. When he wasn't able to land one, he sorted through interest from about 10 teams on minor league deals and decided to sign with the Rays. He doesn't figure to hold much fantasy value as part of a crowded middle infield group in Tampa Bay.
