Julio Teheran agrees to deal with Mets

Fantasy Impact:
Teheran as signed a major-league contract and will be added to the Mets’ roster. The veteran spent Spring Training with the Orioles before opting out of his minor league contract. Teheran posted a 4.40 ERA and a 1.13 WHIP with the Brewers last season.
