The Reds have recalled Tony Santillan from Triple-A Louisville. (Reds on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Santillan will join the roster to provide depth in the bullpen heading into the All-Star break. He will likely be optioned once the Reds need a replacement for Carson Spiers in the rotation.
