Marcus Stroman returns to camp, adamant on starting

Yankees right-hander Marcus Stroman has returned to the team's spring training facility and stated he will not pitch out of the bullpen for the club. (Bryan Hoch on Twitter)

Stroman took his physical at camp but has been absent from team activities in recent days. On Friday, he returned to the facility and told the media: "I'm a starter. I won't pitch out the bullpen". While skipper Aaron Boone stated Stroman will pitch as a starter in camp, he currently sits sixth in the rotation's depth chart behind Gerrit Cole, Max Fried, Carlos Rodon, Luis Gil, and Clarke Schmidt.
