Padres right-hander Jhony Brito is expected to be healthy and battle for a rotation spot after recovering from a right elbow sprain. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Brito might be eased along slowly early in camp but the expectation is for him to be healthy enough to compete for a rotation spot. The 26-year-old posted a 4.12 ERA in 26 outings (all in relief) for the Friars last season but should find himself in the mix for the fifth spot in the starting rotation this spring.
