Erasmo Ramirez inks minors deal with Twins

Fantasy Impact:
Ramirez will report to major league camp and look to carve out a spot in the Twins' bullpen. The veteran posted a 4.35 ERA and a 1.06 WHIP in 13 games with Tampa Bay last season.
