Phillies reliever Jordan Romano is seemingly healthy, according to skipper Rob Thomson. (Todd Zolecki on Twitter)

Thomson said he thinks his former All-Star closer is healthy but alluded that using him three times in four days could have had something to do with his diminished velocity. The 31-year-old made just 15 appearances last season with the Blue Jays due to an elbow issue while he posted a 6.59 ERA in that time. He has struggled to a 15.75 ERA through five appearances with the Phillies this season.
