Logan Webb struggles but earns win against Yankees
by Nicholas Rodriguez | Giants Correspondent | Mon, Apr 14th 6:50am EDT
Logan Webb allowed three earned runs on five hits and four walks while striking out five over five innings in Sunday’s victory against the Yankees.
Fantasy Impact:
Webb improved to 2-0 on the season after today’s win, despite a shaky outing against a tough Yankees lineup in which he issued four walks. Still, he maintained his consistency by allowing fewer than three earned runs and pitching at least five innings for the fourth straight start. He now owns a 2.63 ERA and 1.13 WHIP across four outings and is slated to take the mound again Friday against the Angels.
