Blewett was claimed off waivers from the Minnesota Twins on Monday and has been added to the Orioles' active roster. He's logged 33 major league innings between Minnesota and Kansas City, posting a 2.18 ERA with 31 strikeouts and a 1.33 WHIP. In a corresponding move, Colin Selby was optioned to Triple-A Norfolk.
