Royals right-hander Michael Lorenzen (2-3) picked up the win Thursday afternoon against the Rockies, allowing one run over six innings. He gave up five hits (including a solo homer to Jordan Beck) and four walks while striking out seven. Lorenzen generated 12 swinging strikes on 96 pitches (32% CSW).
