Fisher joins the Blue Jays' bullpen after posting a 2.38 ERA with 14 strikeouts over 11.1 innings at Triple-A Buffalo. The right-hander will work in a middle relief role, replacing Dillon Tate, who was optioned to Triple-A in a corresponding move.
