Heliot Ramos homers, drives in four in perfect day

Heliot Ramos reached base in all four of his plate appearances Sunday against the Twins, going 2-for-2 with a walk and a hit-by-pitch, driving in four runs in the extra-inning loss. He produced an RBI via a sacrifice fly in the first inning, hit a two-run home run in the fourth, and added an RBI single in the eighth. It was his second consecutive game with a home run.

Ramos has now homered in back-to-back games for the second time this season, also achieving the feat on April 30 and May 1. Through 40 games, he has seven home runs, 19 RBI, and an .830 OPS.
