Evan Longoria will sign a one-day contract to officially retire as a member of the Tampa Bay Rays on June 7. (MLB on Twitter)

Longoria played from 2008 to 2023, spending 16 seasons with the Rays, Giants and Diamondbacks. He wrapped up his career as a three-time All-Star, three-time Gold Glove winner and a Silver Slugger recipient. Longoria finished with 1,930 hits and 342 home runs.
