Mike Burrows allows two homers in MLB debut loss

Mike Burrows made his first Major League start for the Pittsburgh Pirates on Thursday night against the Brewers, resulting in a loss. Over five innings, he allowed four runs on four hits and two walks, while recording three strikeouts. The entirety of the runs scored against him came via home runs: a three-run shot by Christian Yelich in the first inning and a solo blast by Joey Ortiz in the second.
Fantasy Impact:
In his first major league start, Burrows threw 77 pitches, generating nine swinging strikes. Eight of those swinging strikes came on his changeup. His CSW rate for the outing was 25 percent.
