Luis Castillo allowed four earned runs on eight hits and no walks while striking out five over five innings in Saturday's loss to the Angels.

The right-hander has struggled to miss opposing bats of late, allowing three or more runs in two of his last three starts for the Mariners. After yesterday’s outing, Castillo now has a 3.31 ERA and 1.30 WHIP with a 4-4 record across 13 starts this season.
