The Red Sox acquired RHP Jorge Alcala from the Twins for INF Andy Lugo.
Fantasy Impact:
Alcala has struggled to start this season for the Twins. He'll look to bounce back as part of a fresh start as he heads to Boston. He should hold a middle relief role for the Red Sox.
