Tylor Megill allowed three earned runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out five over 3 2/3 innings in Saturday's loss to the Rays.

The right-hander has struggled to miss opposing bats of late, allowing four or more runs in two of his last three starts on the mound for the Mets. After yesterday’s performance, Megill now holds a 3.95 ERA and 1.36 WHIP with a 5-5 record across 14 starts this season.
