Walker Buehler shelled for eight runs, walks four in loss

Walker Buehler (5-5) was tagged with the loss Tuesday against the Mariners after a difficult outing, surrendering a season-worst eight runs on eight hits over just 3.1 innings. The Boston Red Sox right-hander also issued a season-high four walks while striking out two. Despite the struggles, he did generate 12 swinging strikes.
Fantasy Impact:
The right-hander has now allowed at least one home run in nine of his 12 outings this year. In his first season with Boston (59 innings), Buehler has posted a 5-5 record with a 5.95 ERA, 1.51 WHIP, and a 53:22 K:BB ratio. His next scheduled appearance is against the Angels.
