Returning to the lineup after two days off, Gabriel Arias went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a double in the Cleveland Guardians' 3-2 win over the Giants on Tuesday. The multi-hit effort snapped a recent 0-for-8 slump for the shortstop.
Fantasy Impact:
Through 67 contests this season, Arias is slashing .239/.301/.376 with five homers, 26 RBI, 26 runs scored, 16 doubles, and three stolen bases, though he has a 29.6 percent strikeout rate. He has been handling a majority of the workload at shortstop lately, competing for playing time with Angel Martinez and Daniel Schneemann in the middle infield.
