Drew Rasmussen (6-5) was charged with the loss Thursday against the Orioles after allowing two runs on four hits and three walks over 5.1 innings. The right-hander struck out five. A leadoff single in the sixth inning led to a rally, and an inherited runner came around to score after Rasmussen's exit.
Fantasy Impact:
The loss was Rasmussen's first since May 11, ending a six-start stretch where he had allowed just six total runs over 34 innings. Through 15 starts this season (79.1 IP), he owns a 2.61 ERA, 0.97 WHIP, and a 67:18 K:BB ratio. His next start is projected to be on the road in Kansas City.
