Tyler Anderson struggles again, takes third straight loss

Tyler Anderson (2-5) took the loss Thursday against the Yankees, allowing four runs on eight hits and two walks over six innings while striking out four. The damage came early, as Anderson yielded a run in the first inning and three more in the second, including back-to-back home runs by Trent Grisham and Paul Goldschmidt.
Fantasy Impact:
The 35-year-old left-hander has now lost three straight starts and has posted a 7.07 ERA over his last seven outings. Through 15 starts this season (81 innings), Anderson has a 4.56 ERA, 1.40 WHIP, and a 65:31 K:BB ratio. His next start is tentatively scheduled for next week against the Red Sox.
