Alejandro Kirk slugs two homers to snap slump

Alejandro Kirk broke out of an 0-for-16 slump in Thursday's 9-5 loss to the Diamondbacks, going 3-for-4 with two solo home runs and an RBI single. The catcher scored two runs and drove in three. He hit his solo shots in the second and seventh innings before adding an RBI single in the eighth.
Fantasy Impact:
The two home runs bring Kirk's season total to seven, surpassing his total of five from all of 2024. His .313 batting average on the year ranks second among all qualified catchers in the majors, behind only Will Smith (.333).
