Victor Mederos has been called up from Triple-A ahead of Monday's game against the Rangers. (Angels PR on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Mederos will take Hunter Strickland's (shoulder) place in the Angels bullpen for now. Mederos has made one three-inning appearance for the Angels back in April, giving up two earned runs. He has spent the rest of the season between Triple-A and High-A exclusively as a starter.
