Giants left-hander Carson Whisenhunt has joined the team's taxi squad on Sunday and could pitch on Monday against the Pirates. (Alex Pavlovic on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Whisenhunt could be considered for Monday's start or at least figure into the team's pitching plans after the Giants' bullpen game on Sunday. The 24-year-old has not yet made his big-league debut and owns a 4.42 ERA in 18 starts with Triple-A Sacramento this season.
