Codi Heuer traded to Tigers

The Rangers traded RHP Codi Heuer to Tigers for cash considerations. (Jeff Wilson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Wilson notes that Heuer had pitched well in Triple-A, but "his minor-league deal carried enough money that the Rangers were hesitant to call him up because it would put a dent in the small cushion they have before hitting the luxury tax." He'll add more pitching depth in the Tigers organization.
