Luis Garcia makes another rehab start

Garcia threw 49 pitches (28 strikes) over 2 2/3 innings for Sugar Land on Friday. It was the 28-year-old righty's first start at the Triple-A level, as he has now logged 11 total innings, giving up four earned runs and striking out 14 over various stops during his rehab process. Garcia has not pitched in the majors since May of 2023. It's been a long road back from injury, but Garcia is making progress.
