Astros manager Joe Espada confirmed Spencer Arrighetti will be activated to start Wednesday’s game against the Marlins. (Brian McTaggart on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Arrighetti will make his return to the Astros starting rotation after being sidelined since April. He had been expected to start on Tuesday, but Houston will be running a bullpen game instead before he is activated ahead of Wednesday's game.
