Michael King (knee) placed on IL

Michael King has been placed on the 15-day IL due to left knee inflammation. (Dennis Lin on X)
Fantasy Impact:
King was only able to make one start after being out since May due to shoulder issues. He only made it through two innings and 57 pitches last time out, so it's possible he was never fully healthy. Randy Vasquez was recalled from Triple-A, but a replacement for King for Friday's game has yet to be announced.
