Fantasy Impact:
After being recalled by the Padres on Thursday, Vasquez is heading back to the minors on Saturday. In his lone appearance out of the bullpen on Friday, he tossed 3.2 innings, allowing two earned runs and striking out four. The team elected to bring in a fresh arm in Ron Marinaccio, though Vasquez will likely be recalled at some point later this season.
