Tanner Gordon allowed three earned runs on five hits and one walk while striking out four over six innings in Thursday's loss to the Marlins.

After today’s performance, Gordon now has a 6.00 ERA and 1.46 WHIP to go with a 6-7 record across 14 starts this season. This outing marks the second quality start in a row for him, and his fifth in his last six starts. He is 3-2 during that span. He does a good job of limiting damage by limiting walks, but he gives up a lot of hard contact and pitches for a bad team. He's in line to face the Mariners next week.
