Levi Stoudt agrees to minor league deal with Phillies

Fantasy Impact:
Stoudt, drafted in the third round out of Lehigh University by the Mariners in 2018, returns home to Pennsylvania on a minor league contract. Once a notable prospect, he was part of Seattle's package that went to CIncinnati in exchange for Luis Castillo in 2022. Stoudt made it to the big leagues with the Reds in 2023, but pitched to a 9.58 ERA in four appearances (two starts). He pitched in the Orioles organization last season.
