Lou Trivino has re-signed with the Philadelphia Phillies on a minor league deal. The contract presumably includes an invitation to spring training. (Ken Rosenthal on X)

Trivino has pitched parts of six seasons at the big league level and has 332 career appearances under his belt. Trivino made his return to the majors last season after missing the 2023 and 2024 campaigns, and pitched 47.2 combined innings with the Giants, Dodgers, and Phillies. He went 3-2 with a 3.97 ERA in 2025 and has a career ERA of 3.87 with 336 strikeouts in 332.1 career innings. Trivino will likely begin the year with Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
