by Bruno Mulé | White Sox Correspondent | Tue, Mar 3rd 9:44am EST

Teel hit .273 with eight home runs and three stolen bases across 297 plate appearances during his rookie campaign in 2025. He handled the majority of catching duties during the second half of last season. (Scott Merkin)

Fantasy Impact:

He will catch most games when Chicago faces right-handed pitchers. Edgar Quero will receive the majority of his starts behind the plate against left-handers and will also get at-bats as the designated hitter. Manager Will Venable has not officially designated the arrangement as a platoon.
