Bobby Witt Jr.

Two hits in Friday's loss

Witt Jr. went 2-for-4 with two singles in Friday's loss to the Braves.

Fantasy Impact:

Batting second and playing shortstop, Witt Jr. was the lone bright spot for the offense, accounting for half of the team's total hits. He showed his elite bat-to-ball skills by recording two hard-hit singles, but with no runners on base ahead of him and the middle of the order scuffling, he was left stranded both times. The only concern for managers is the lack of protection behind him; if Pasquantino and Perez scuttle, teams may start pitching around Witt more frequently.
