Max Scherzer goes six strong, earns win over Rockies Tuesday

Blue Jays right-hander Max Scherzer pitched six innings of one-run ball en route to his first win of the season Tuesday against the Rockies.
Fantasy Impact:
Mad Max was on in this one, allowing just four hits and a walk to go along with four strikeouts in his six excellent frames of work. The future Hall of Famer limped to a 5.19 ERA in 17 starts with the Jays last season, and while regression is likely coming his way after a dominant outing over a subpar Rockies offense on Tuesday, he likely has a secure spot in the rotation for now, with the Blue Jays' starting pitching staff ravaged by injuries to begin the season.
