The Astros recalled RHP Spencer Arrighetti from Triple-A Sugar Land.
Fantasy Impact:
Arrighetti was placed on the taxi squad and is now officially called up. He is expected to make a start at some point this week. Cody Bolton was placed on the injured list as the corresponding move.
