The Royals have optioned infielder Tyler Tolbert to Triple-A Omaha.
Fantasy Impact:
Tolbert was used mainly on defense in his time with the Royals so far this season, appearing in eight games but making just five trips to the plate in that time. He will likely be up and down from Omaha throughout the season.
