Robbie Ray turns in solid performance Sunday against Nationals
by Chris Schommer | Giants Correspondent | Mon, Apr 20th 11:11am EDT
Robbie Ray allowed three earned runs on seven hits and one walk while striking out seven over six innings in Sunday’s 3-0 loss to the Nationals.
Fantasy Impact:
Ray continues a solid start to the season on the mound, allowing two earned runs or less in four of five starts. The left-hander remains one of the more stable starting options as part of an underwhelming Giants rotation early on for manager Tony Vitello, carrying a 2.86 ERA and 1.09 WHIP with a 2-3 record and 2.82 K/BB ratio through five starts.
