Tatsuya Imai allowed six earned runs on five hits while striking out three and walking three over four innings in Tuesday's loss to the Mariners.

Imai has disappointed on the mound early on, allowing three earned runs or more in three of his four starts. The right-hander cannot be trusted in any format while fighting through command issues as part of a dismal Astros rotation for manager Joe Espada, carrying a 9.24 ERA and 2.05 WHIP with a 1-1 record and 1.14 K/BB ratio across four starts.
