The Yankees are expected to option Yovanny Cruz to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
Fantasy Impact:
Cruz has tossed 2 1/3 scoreless innings this week over two appearances since having his contract selected. He is expected to be optioned to make room for Gerrit Cole.
