Yordan Alvarez went 1-for-3 in Monday’s 9-0 win over the Rangers with a home run, a walk, one run scored, and two RBI.

Alvarez continues a steady stretch at the plate, recording hits in seven of his last 11 games. The 28-year-old remains one of the more explosive bats as part of a streaky Astros lineup for manager Joe Espada, batting .301 with 16 home runs, 33 RBI, 32 runs scored, and one stolen base across 54 games.
