Cole Carrigg plates three in win over Red Sox

Cole Carrigg had two hits and drove in three runs in five trips to the plate on Wednesday as the Rockies beat the Red Sox, 8-6.
Fantasy Impact:
Carrigg had an RBI single in the seventh and then added an insurance run in the eighth with a run-scoring double. He added a sacrifice fly in the third for his other RBI on the night. The rookie is off to an intriguing start for fantasy purposes, batting .271 (13-for-48) with three home runs and 11 runs batted in through his first 14 games. While he has spent most of his time in center, Carrigg has also appeared in two games at shortstop which would add to his intrigue if he gets position eligibility there as well.
