Alan Rangel allowed three runs on three hits and three walks while striking out five over 3 1/3 innings in Wednesday's 11-5 loss to the Reds.

Rangel was called back up to the bigs to make the start in Cincinnati on Wednesday. The 28-year-old righty issued three free passes and surrendered a couple of homers on a night when baseballs were just flying out of Great American Ball Park.
