Fantasy Impact:
Kelly will make his second trip up to the majors this year. The young righty made his MLB debut for the Pirates back on June 12, allowing two runs on two hits with a walk and a strikeout over 2 1/3 innings. Per MLB.com, Kelly currently ranks as the Pirates No. 7 prospect.
