Steven Cruz cashes in first save despite a run

Steven Cruz allowed one run on one hit while striking out one across one frame to earn the save in Wednesday's 5-4 win over the Giants.
Fantasy Impact:
Cruz was called upon to close it out after Daniel Lynch IV was held the Giants scoreless in the eighth. The Royals have had so many bullpen issues and are trying anybody right now. Daniel Lynch is clearly their best option, but he’s one of only two lefties in the ‘pen. After Wednesday's win, Cruz now has a 4.63 ERA and 1.26 WHIP with one save and two holds across 33 appearances. It’s anyone’s guess who will get the next save opportunity.
