Fantasy Impact:
Carter has heated up of late, reaching base in five of his last seven contests. The outfielder remains one of the more disappointing options in an inconsistent Rangers lineup, hitting .193 with eight home runs, 27 RBI, 35 runs scored, and 12 stolen bases through 86 games.
